Basic Safety Service Package Options, Upon Initial  On Site Review.

Coastal Comfort Home Watch is providing its customers with sought after home watch services, which offer the following services for conducting visual inspections of the exterior and interior of your home.

Exterior:

We will take care of the following tasks for keeping the exterior of your house safe and secure:

  • Checking all the windows, doors and sliders to make sure that they are locked and protected.
  • Look for any signs indicating forced entry.
  • In order to avoid the impression that the house is unoccupied we pick up and bring inside all the flyers,  mail and newspapers.
  • Making sure that the exterior lights are functioning.
  • Look for mildew or mold on roof tiles and home’s lanai (ground observation).
  • Monitoring that your garden and  landscaping is being maintained and receiving proper care.
  • Monitoring that your pool and spa  are being maintained.  
  • Visually checking the workability of Air Conditioning apparatus.
  • Checking for potential issues and any signs of vandalism in the irrigation systems.

Interior:

  • Inspecting all the windows and  doors for preventing any break-in ventures.
  • Checking the functionality of your house’s security system.
  • Opening and closing drapes and blinds randomly.
  • Checking thermostat’s to determine functionality for set temperature as per customer.
  • Looking for any potential signs of insect infestation.
  • Visually inspecting windows, walls, toilets, ceilings, water heater and areas under sinks for mildew and water leaks.
  • Checking your house’s electrical panel for tripped breakers.
  • Run showers, faucets, flush toilets and  garbage disposals for avoiding any dry seals and gaskets. (Main residential valve will need to be turned on and off after inspection, if not left on by owner).
  • Confirming that your freezer, wine cooler and refrigerator are working.
